Using the site
Robot Arcade is free to use. You do not need an account, there is nothing to buy, and there is no subscription.
You may play the games, read the guides, and link to any page here. You may not present the games as your own work, redistribute them as a package, or embed them elsewhere in a way that obscures where they came from.
Intellectual property
The games, source code, written guides, artwork and generated audio on this site are original work and remain the property of the site's operator.
No third-party game, character, trademark or franchise is used anywhere on this site. Every robot, boss, weapon, location and name was created for Robot Arcade. The artwork is generated from geometric primitives at build time and the sound is synthesised in your browser at runtime, so there are no licensed assets involved at any point.
If you believe something here infringes your rights, the contact page is the way to raise it and it will be looked at promptly.
Your local data
Scores, favourites and preferences are stored in your own browser. They are yours, they are not backed up anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes them permanently.
No responsibility is accepted for lost scores, because there is no copy of them and no mechanism by which there could be.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. No uptime is guaranteed, pages may change or be removed, and games may be updated in ways that change how they play.
Where a game changes significantly, its page's updated date changes with it.
Limitation of liability
The site and its games are provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the site's operator is not liable for any loss arising from using the site, including lost local data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
Where a guide links to an external page, that link is provided because it is useful. Other sites are not under this site's control and their content and policies are their own.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The last updated date at the top of this page changes when they are, and it is not changed when they are not.
