What to get in touch about
A bug in a game - something that does not work, breaks on a particular browser, or behaves differently from how its page says it should. These are the most useful messages the site receives, and the more specific the better: which game, which browser, and what you were doing.
A correction to a guide. If a guide states something the game does not actually do, that is an error worth fixing quickly, and these are prioritised over almost everything else.
An accessibility problem. If something is unreadable, unreachable by keyboard, or unusable with assistive technology, that is treated as a bug rather than a feature request.
A game suggestion. The bar for adding a game is that it introduces a decision the library does not already contain, so suggestions that describe a mechanic are more useful than ones that describe a theme.
What this site cannot help with
There are no accounts on Robot Arcade, so there is nothing to recover, reset or delete. Scores and favourites live in your own browser, and the privacy policy has a button that clears all of it.
Lost high scores cannot be restored. They are stored locally and clearing your browser data removes them permanently - there is no copy anywhere else.
Response times
This is a small independent project rather than a company with a support desk, so replies are not immediate and no response time is promised. Bugs that stop a game working and factual corrections to guides are dealt with first.
Send a message
Robot Arcade is a static site with no server, so this form cannot submit anything on its own. It checks what you have written and then opens your email application with the message prepared, which you send yourself. Nothing you type here is transmitted or stored anywhere until you send that email.
Prefer to write directly? Email hello@robotarcade.xyz.
